Ingredients: Organic paprika, organic garlic, organic onion, organic black pepper, organic cayenne, organic white pepper, organic thyme, organic oregano.
Suggested Uses:
- Liberally sprinkle on seafood. Sear in oil or butter until blackened.
- Sprinkle on chicken or veggies and sauté or grill.
- Sprinkle on potatoes or mix into rice.
- Stir into sour cream for a seasoned sour cream.

Excellent in shrimp and grits!

Just pan-fried salmon with the Culinary Genie Blackened Seafood Seasoning and it was AMAZING. I can’t wait to make it again.
