So simple, yet so much flavor…shrimp seasoned with Blackened Seasoning Blend and seared.
Ingredients

½ pound (16-20 count) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
2-3 teaspoons Blackened Seasoning Blend
-
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Pat shrimp dry with clean paper towels. Season both sides of shrimp with desired amount of Blackened Seasoning Blend. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Once oil is hot, carefully add shrimp.
Cook, undisturbed, until nicely browned, about 3-4 minutes. Turn over and continue cooking, undisturbed, until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 2-3 minutes.
