A quick and easy tuna salad with a kick of heat from
our Blackened Seasoning Blend. Already gluten and dairy-free, can easily
be egg-free as well with a simple swap.
Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) can no salt added albacore wild tuna, drained

3 tablespoons mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

2 tablespoons minced red onion
-
2 tablespoons minced pickles
-
1½ tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Blackened Seasoning Blend
Directions
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; salt as desired.
Mix until well combined.
Serve as desired.

Serving Suggestions:
- Serve on toasted
bread with avocado and cucumbers.
- For an open-faced
tuna melt, spread on toasted English muffin halves, top with cheese and broil
until cheese is melted.
- Serve in avocado
