These juicy burgers have just the right amount of heat. For dietary options, use dairy-free blue cheese and gluten-free buns. To reduce the sodium and/or carbs, skip the bun.
Ingredients

1 pound 93% lean ground turkey

1 cup chopped fresh baby spinach leaves

½ cup crumbled Roquefort blue cheese

2½ teaspoons Blackened Seasoning Blend, divided

1 tablespoon avocado or grapeseed oil

¼ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

4 whole-grain brioche hamburger buns or buns of choice

Lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices
Directions
In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients and 2 teaspoons Blackened Seasoning Seasoning. Form into 4 patties.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. When hot, add patties. Pan-fry until browned; turnover and continue pan-frying until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise and remaining ½ teaspoon Blackened Seasoning Blend.
Spread on toasted buns. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and burgers.
