A custom blend of mushrooms, herbs, garlic, onions, pepper and spices perfect for using on just about anything. The mushrooms add a wonderful savory umami flavor and the herbs and spices give a nice kick of flavor. Hand-blended in small batches. 1.60 oz. glass jar.

Ingredients: Organic onion, organic yellow mustard, organic porcini mushrooms, organic shiitake mushrooms, organic nutritional yeast, organic garlic, organic crushed red pepper, organic thyme, organic black pepper.

Suggested Uses:

  • Sprinkle on chicken, steak, salmon, vegetables or potatoes. Cook as desired.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon into 1 pound of ground beef. Form into patties and grill or pan-fry.
  • Add to stir-fries.
  • Stir into stews, soups, sauces, pastas and more.
  • Sprinkle on popcorn.
  • Stir into egg salad or sprinkle on breakfast eggs.
  • Liberally sprinkle on seafood. Grill or pan-fry.

Amazing new product

I have used Culinary Genie products for several years. The Umami Mushroom Seasoning is my new favorite. I’ve used it on eggs, veggies, salmon, and in stir fry. It adds an unexpected and interesting depth of flavor. And if you say you don’t like mushrooms, don’t worry. It doesn’t taste like mushrooms to me, just fabulous added flavor.
