1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1½ teaspoons Salt-Free Umami Mushroom Seasoning Blend

Flaky finishing salt, optional
Directions
Prepare grill to medium heat.
Rub steak with olive oil and sprinkle with Salt-Free Umami Mushroom Seasoning Blend. Let stand 10 minutes.
Place steak on grill. Grill, turning once, until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (130°F for medium-rare; 140°F for medium), about 8-10 minutes.
Remove steak from grill; lightly season with salt, if desired. Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes. Slice.
