Tofu marinated in a reduced sodium Asian sauce and pan fried until crispy. Perfect for serving over rice bowls or Asian salads. Featuring Culinary Genie Salt-Free Umami Mushroom and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blends.
Ingredients

¼ cup less sodium coconut aminos

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

2 teaspoons Culinary Genie Salt-Free Umami Mushroom Seasoning Blend

1 teaspoon Culinary Genie Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

7 ounces organic extra-firm tofu
-
¼ cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder

2 tablespoons avocado oil
Directions
In medium bowl, combine coconut aminos, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, Salt-Free Umami Mushroom Seasoning Blend and Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend; set aside.
Gently press excess liquid out of tofu. Cut into cubes (roughly ¾ x 1½-inches). Place cubes in marinade; gently toss to coat well. Marinate 15-30 minutes.
Remove tofu from marinade and pat dry with clean paper towels. Place in bowl with cornstarch. Toss to coat well.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Carefully place tofu in hot oil. Cook until nicely browned on all sides. Remove to clean paper towels to drain.
