A custom blend of flavorful organic garlic, herbs and shallots. Perfect for making garlic butter and so many other garlicky dishes. Hand-blended in small batches. 2 oz. glass jar.

Ingredients: Organic garlic, shallots, organic chives, organic parsley.

Suggested Uses:

  • For garlic butter, place 1 tablespoon Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tablespoon water. Microwave 15 seconds; cool 5 minutes. Stir into ½ cup softened butter.
  • Use in place of fresh garlic in marinades, skillet meals, general cooking and more.
  • Stir into mayonnaise for a simple garlic aioli.

Great in just about anything!

I love this blend and use it with potatoes, vegetables, meats, and to make garlic bread. I’ve reduced the amount of salt I use by a lot as a result. Now most restaurant foods taste too salty.
