These tasty oysters are grilled on the half shell with a garlic Parmesan sauce. To make dairy-free, use vegan butter or all Extra Virgin Olive Oil and either omit cheese or substitute with a vegan Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter or vegan butter

1 tablespoon Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons dry vermouth, white wine or lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese or vegan Parmesan cheese

¼ cup plain panko bread crumbs or gluten-free panko bread crumbs

12 fresh oysters, scrubbed clean, shucked
Directions
Prepare grill to medium heat. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Whisk.
Whisk Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vermouth and parsley into melted butter. Whisk in cheese; salt as desired. Set aside.
Divide butter mixture among shucked oyster halves. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Carefully place on grill. Grill until bubbly and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
