Blackened Seasoning Blend

• A custom blend of flavorful spicy chile peppers, herbs and spices perfect for rubbing on fish, seafood, chicken, pork or veggies and searing. 2 oz. glass jar.
• Ingredients: Organic paprika, organic garlic, organic onion, organic black pepper, organic cayenne, organic white pepper, organic thyme, organic oregano.

• Suggested Uses: Liberally sprinkle on seafood. Sear in oil or butter until blackened. Sprinkle on chicken or veggies and sauté or grill. Sprinkle on potatoes or mix into rice. Stir into sour cream for a seasoned sour cream.

Citrus Pepper Seasoning Blend

• A custom blend of flavorful organic Florida citrus, herbs and spices. Perfect adding to sautéed vegetables or sprinkling on chicken or seafood. 2 oz. glass jar.
• Ingredients: Organic black pepper, organic lemon peel, organic orange peel, organic garlic, organic parsley, organic coriander, organic onion, organic paprika.

• Suggested Uses: Sprinkle on chicken, fish, seafood or pork. Sauté, bake or grill. Combine with oil, white wine or lemon juice and a little Dijon mustard for a marinade. Sprinkle on vegetables before sautéing, roasting or grilling.

Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend

• A custom blend of garlic, shallots and garden herbs perfect for dips, dressings and using for cooking and roasting. 1.70 oz. glass jar.
• Ingredients: Organic garlic, organic onion, organic parsley, non-GMO shallots, organic dill weed, organic black pepper, organic chives.

• Suggested Uses: Use to make a ranch-style veggie dip or creamy ranch dressing. Sprinkle on cut potatoes and/or veggies of choice and toss with olive oil and roast. Use to season chicken, pork and seafood before cooking as desired.
