Ingredients: Organic sorghum pasta (organic sorghum flour), organic onion, organic garbanzo bean flour, organic mushrooms, organic garlic, organic dill weed, organic black pepper.
YOU WILL NEED (4 SERVINGS):
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2½ cups unsalted or reduced sodium beef broth
- 1½ cups unsweetened almondmilk or milk of choice
- ½-¾ teaspoon sea salt, optional
DIRECTIONS:
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink. Drain.
- Stir in broth, milk and contents of package. Bring to a simmer (Do Not Boil). Reduce heat.
- Simmer, uncovered, 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until pasta is desired doneness and sauce is desired consistency (sauce will thicken upon standing). Salt to taste. Makes 4 servings
