Loaded with garlicky flavor, this stuffing is very simple to make and comes together quickly. Can easily be made dairy and gluten-free. Featuring Culinary Genie Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and Culinary Genie Salt-Free Everyday Seasoning Blend.
Ingredients

½ cup butter or vegan butter

1 cup chopped onion
-
¾ cup chopped celery
-
2 tablespoons Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

2 teaspoons Salt-Free Everyday Seasoning Blend

1½ cups No Salt Added Chicken Bone Broth or broth of choice, divided

6 cups dried bread cubes of choice
-
1 large egg or 3 tablespoons vegan egg substitute (such as JUST Eggs)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan; set aside.
In medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion, celery, Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and Salt-Free Everyday Seasoning Blend; salt and pepper as desired.
Cook 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in ½ cup broth; continue cooking until onions are softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together egg and remaining 1 cup broth. Place bread cubes in a large bowl.
Pour butter mixture and broth mixture over bread. Toss to coat well. Allow to stand about 10 minutes to soak up broth, tossing occasionally.
Transfer to greased pan. Bake until golden brown and crispy or desired doneness, about 40-45 minutes.
