A simple poultry gravy made the classic way with a rich roux. Can easily be made gluten and dairy-free. Featuring Culinary Genie Salt-Free Peppery Sage Seasoning Blend.
Ingredients

5 tablespoons butter or vegan butter

⅓ cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour

2 cups No Salt Added Chicken Bone Broth or broth of choice

1½ teaspoons Salt-Free Peppery Sage Seasoning Blend

Pan drippings from chicken or turkey, optional
Directions
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly until becomes light brown, about 6-8 minutes.
Slowly whisk in broth, Salt-Free Peppery Sage Seasoning Blend and pan drippings, if desired. Salt as desired.
Cook, whisking constantly, until gravy comes to a boil. Boil and whisk 1 minute.
