Ingredients: Organic onion, organic green bell pepper, organic ancho chile pepper, organic garlic, organic cilantro, organic smoked paprika, organic cumin, organic jalapeño pepper, organic nutritional yeast.
YOU WILL NEED:
- ¼ cup water
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt, optional
- 4 ounces regular or dairy-free cream cheese of choice, cubed
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese or dairy-free cheese of choice
- Dippers of choice
DIRECTIONS:
- In a 1 quart microwave-safe bowl, combine contents of package, water and salt, if desired. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute.
- Stir in cream cheese and corn. Microwave 1 minute.
- Stir in sour cream. Microwave 1 minute. Stir. Microwave 30-60 seconds or until heated through. Stir in cotija cheese.
- Serve with desired dippers. Makes 8 (¼ cup) servings.
