Ingredients: Organic red lentils, organic onion, organic carrots, hot curry seasoning blend (organic turmeric, organic coriander, organic cumin, organic garlic, organic black pepper, organic dried gingerroot, organic fenugreek, organic crushed red pepper flakes, organic yellow mustard, organic white pepper, organic cayenne, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg, organic cilantro, organic cardamom, organic cloves) organic spinach, organic garlic.
YOU WILL NEED (4 SERVINGS):
- 5 cups unsalted or reduced sodium vegetable or chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon sea salt, optional
- 1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk
DIRECTIONS:
- In large saucepan over medium heat, combine vegetable broth, contents of package and salt as desired.
- Bring to a simmer. Partially cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in coconut milk. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
Serving Suggestion: Cook and crumble 8 ounces ground lean turkey then continue with step 1.
