This recipe is adapted from a classic Tuscan Ragù.
Simply toss with pasta or use for making lasagna or pasta bakes
Ingredients

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ cup finely chopped celery
-
½ cup finely chopped carrots
-
½ cup finely chopped red onion
-
2 teaspoons Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

1 teaspoon sea salt, divided

1 pound 85% lean ground beef
-
1 tablespoon Zesty Italian & Pizza Seasoning Blend
-
¾ cup Cabernet Sauvignon red wine
-
1 (28 ounce) can no salt added crushed tomatoes
-
2 (6 ounce) cans no salt added tomato paste

1 cup water
Directions
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium-high heat. Add celery, carrots, onions, Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and ½ teaspoon salt. Sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add in beef and Zesty Italian & Pizza Seasoning Blend. Cook and crumble until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
Stir in wine; simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, water and remaining ½ teaspoon salt. Bring to a simmer; reduce heat to a low simmer. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 2-3 hours.
