A simple meal the whole family will love. Can be made with gluten-free tortillas and dairy-free cheese and sour cream.
Ingredients

1 pound 85% lean ground beef
-
½ cup chopped onions
-
⅔ cup water
-
2-3 tablespoons Taco Seasoning Blend

1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
-
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
-
4 corn tostadas
-
½ cup sour cream
-
½ cup pico de gallo
-
1-2 cups shredded lettuce
Directions
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumbled ground beef and onions until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off grease.
Stir in water and Taco Seasoning Blend. Simmer until thickened. Remove taco meat from skillet; set aside. Wipe out skillet. Place skillet back on stove over medium heat.
Divide cheese among center of tortillas the diameter of the tostadas. Top cheese with taco meat. Spread tostadas with sour cream. Place over taco meat, sour cream side up. Top with pico de gallo and lettuce.
Fold bottom tortilla up and over lettuce in a hexagon pattern as tightly as possible. Place 1-2 wraps, folded sided down, in skillet. Cook until golden brown. Turn over and continue cooking until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining wraps.
