A healthy snack that’s low in sodium and simple to make. For a vegan option, substitute pure maple syrup for the honey. Omit salt for an even lower sodium option.
Ingredients

2 cups raw pecan halves

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons Blackened Seasoning Blend

½ teaspoon sea salt, divided, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In medium bowl, combine pecans, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, honey, Blackened Seasoning Blend and ¼ teaspoon salt, if desired. Toss to coat well.
Transfer to parchment paper and spread to a single layer. Bake 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ teaspoon salt, if desired. Toss to coat. Spread out and let cool completely.
