Chicken thighs marinated in a sweet and savory sauce made with our Salt-Free Umami Mushroom and Salt-Free Everyday Seasoning Blends. Make ahead and marinate up to 24 hours; then toss on the grill for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)

2 tablespoons honey
-
2 tablespoons coconut aminos or reduced sodium tamari sauce

1 tablespoon no salt added Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Umami Mushroom Seasoning Blend

1 tablespoon Everyday Seasoning Blend

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1½ pounds)
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together first 7 ingredients; salt as desired. Using a fork, pierce chicken all over and add to marinade; toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Place chicken on grill. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 180°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes.
