Loaded with Tex-Mex flavors, these pinwheels are so easy to make and can be made dairy and/or gluten-free with a couple simple swaps.
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese or dairy-free cream cheese, softened

1¼ cups finely shredded Cheddar cheese or dairy-free Cheddar cheese

1½ tablespoons Taco Seasoning Blend

1 (4.25 ounce) can chopped ripe olives

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, well drained

1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeño peppers, well drained, optional

1 (4 ounce) jar sliced pimento peppers, drained

2 green onions, minced

3 tablespoons hot sauce

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

6 (8-inch) flour tortillas or gluten-free tortillas
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except tortillas. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until well combined.
Evenly spread ⅙ of mixture on a tortilla; tightly roll up tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
When ready to serve, slice each tortilla roll up into diagonal 1-inch thick pinwheels.
