These crispy chickpeas are the perfect snack or garnish for soups.
Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can no salt added garbanzo beans

1½ tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided

2 teaspoons Hot Curry Seasoning Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Rinse and drain garbanzo beans. Remove skins from all beans. Dry beans with clean paper towels. Transfer to a medium bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Hot Curry Seasoning Blend. Salt as desired. Toss to coat well. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Spread to a single layer.
Bake 15 minutes; stir. Continue baking 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Toss with remaining 1½ teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil; salt and desired.
