Smoked Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 pound) bone-in pork butt roast, fat trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons Everyday Seasoning Blend

  • 3 tablespoons All-American BBQ Seasoning Blend

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup water

Directions

  1. Pat roast dry with clean paper towels.

  2. In small bowl, combine mustard and honey. Rub all over roast. Sprinkle roast with Everyday Seasoning Blend and then All-American BBQ Seasoning Blend. Let rest while smoker preheats.

  3. Prepare smoker to 275°F using a mild flavored wood. Combine vinegar and water in a clean spray bottle; set aside.

  4. When smoker reaches temperature, place roast on smoker. Smoke until internal temperature reaches 200-205°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 6-8 hours, misting with vinegar water every hour.

  5. Carefully remove pork from smoker and pull apart into desired size pieces.
