Sazón Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh sweet potato yams, cubed

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • 2 teaspoons Salt-Free Sazón Seasoning Blend

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat. Transfer to baking sheet. Spread to a single layer.

  3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fork tender or desired doneness.
