A simple side dish or a vegetarian main dish, either way these cauliflower steaks are delicious and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower head (about 1½ pounds), stem and leaves removed

2 teaspoons Sazón Seasoning Blend

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice cauliflower head into 4-5 (1-inch thick) slices. Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle both sides with Sazón Seasoning Blend and drizzle with olive oil. Salt as desired.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Notes
1 pound fresh cauliflower florets can be substituted for steaks.
