Mushrooms sautéed in olive oil with Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend and finished with butter for the perfect ranch-style mushrooms in minutes.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 (8 ounce) package fresh sliced baby bella mushrooms

1 (5 ounce) package fresh sliced shiitake mushrooms

3 teaspoons Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend, divided

¼ teaspoon sea salt, optional

1 tablespoon unsalted butter or ghee
Directions
In large skillet, heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms, 2 teaspoons Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend and salt, if desired. Toss to coat well. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes.
Add butter and remaining 1 teaspoon Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend. Cook, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and mushrooms are nicely browned, about 2-3 minutes.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, replace butter with Extra Virgin
Olive Oil in step 3.
