The perfect seasoning blend for salmon, Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend adds garlic, shallots and a touch of dill flavor to this sautéed salmon.
Ingredients

1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed (your butcher can do this for you)

2-3 teaspoons Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend

¼ teaspoon sea salt, optional

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
Directions
Place salmon in a shallow dish. Sprinkle both sides with Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend and salt, if desired. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Massage into salmon. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
Heat large skillet over medium heat. When hot add remaining 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add salmon fillets. Cook undisturbed 4-5 minutes.
Turn over and continue cooking, undisturbed until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 3-5 minutes.
