This pan-seared chicken is simple to make and is great as an entrée or to use in a wrap, on a green salad or in a pasta salad.
Ingredients

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

2 teaspoons Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

2 teaspoons no salt added stone ground mustard or Dijon mustard

⅓ teaspoon sea salt, optional
-
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
In a storage container, combine all ingredients. Seal well and toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add chicken and marinade.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, allowing chicken to brown before stirring, about 8-10 minutes.
