Just 3 simple ingredients…so much flavor. These peppery
carrots have a bit of a kick and are the perfect side dish for any meal. Reduce
the amount of seasoning for a milder flavor.
Ingredients

1 pound rainbow carrots or carrots, peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1½ teaspoons Peppery Sage Seasoning Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; salt as desired. Toss to coat well.
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread to a single layer.
Bake until fork tender and nicely browned, about 20-25 minutes, stirring about halfway through.
