Broccoli and butternut squash roasted with olive oil, Citrus Pepper Seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Perfect as a side dish to chicken or pork.
Ingredients

1 pound broccoli florets

½ pound cubed butternut squash

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Citrus Pepper Seasoning Blend

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, combine broccoli and squash. Toss with oil and Citrus Pepper Seasoning Blend. Spread to a single layer on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until squash is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
