These simple hash browns are the perfect side dish for
breakfast, brunch or dinner. Seasoned with our Peppery Sage Seasoning Blend,
they have a wonderful breakfast flavor.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons avocado oil

1 tablespoon butter or vegan butter

3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes

1½ teaspoons Peppery Sage Seasoning Blend

¼ teaspoon sea salt, optional
Directions
In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add butter.
When butter is melted and sizzling, add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat well with oil-butter mixture.
Cover and cook, stirring and flipping occasionally, until nicely browned, about 8-10 minutes.
