Fresh or frozen broccoli tossed with Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend, olive oil and Parmesan cheese then roasted. Omit cheese for a vegan option.
Ingredients

16 ounces fresh or frozen broccoli florets

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional

1½ tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat well.
Transfer to a parchment-lined large, rimmed baking sheet. Spread to a single layer.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until fork tender and nicely browned.
