This fondue is so easy to make and won’t separate. Easy to make ahead and reheat.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
-
½ teaspoon Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour or white rice flour
-
1 cup whole milk
-
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
-
7 ounces Brie, rind removed, cubed
-
2 tablespoons white wine
-
Dippers such as bread cubes, grapes, apple slices, assorted veggies
Directions
In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend; cook 15-30 seconds. Whisk in flour; cook 1 minute, whisking constantly.
Whisk in milk; continue whisking until slightly thickened. Whisk in cream cheese, brie and wine; continue whisking until melted. Salt to taste.
Transfer to a cheese fondue pot over very low heat or small slow cooker on warm. Serve with desired dippers.
Notes
To Make Ahead: Prepare through step 2. Transfer to a storage container. Cool. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day ahead. When ready to serve, place fondue in a medium saucepan over low heat or in a small slow cooker on low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and smooth. Continue with step 3.
