This dip is a great alternative to hummus if you’re
not a fan of tahini. Use vegan feta cheese or omit cheese for a dairy-free
alternative.
Ingredients

2 cups no salt added cannellini beans

½ cup sheep’s milk feta cheese or vegan feta cheese

Juice of ½ lemon
-
2 teaspoons Mediterranean Herbs Seasoning Blend

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
Assorted veggies, pita chips, crackers of choice
Directions
In food processor or blender, combine first 4 ingredients and 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Purée, drizzling in remaining Extra Virgin Olive Oil, until creamy and smooth. Salt as desired.
Serve with desired dippers.
