Similar to the TikTok sensation, this version of baked feta and tomatoes is made with our Mediterranean Herbs Seasoning Blend.
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) block sheep’s milk feta cheese
-
2 pints cherry tomatoes
-
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
-
1 tablespoon Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend
-
8 ounces rotini pasta or gluten free pasta of choice
-
2 teaspoons Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
-
2 teaspoons water
-
Fresh basil leaves, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place feta cheese block in the center of a well-greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Place tomatoes around cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend. Bake 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
In small microwave-safe dish, combine Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and water. Microwave on HIGH 15 seconds. Stir into drained pasta with reserved ¼ cup pasta water.
When tomatoes are done, turn oven up to 450°F; continue baking until tomatoes and cheese are nicely browned, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir until creamy. Toss with pasta. Garnish with basil, if desired.
