This steak has so much flavor and is so simple to make. Any cut of steak can be used in place of ribeye.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling

2 teaspoons Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend

1 pound boneless ribeye steaks

Sea salt, optional
Directions
In a small bowl, combine Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend. Rub all over steaks. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
Place steaks in a large non-stick skillet (do not preheat). Turn burner to high heat. Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes. Turnover and cook undisturbed for 2 minutes.
Turn steaks over again and turn heat down to medium. Continue cooking undisturbed in 2 minute intervals, turning over each time, until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (130°F for medium-rare; 140°F for medium), about 6-8 minutes total.
Remove steaks from skillet. Let stand 5-10 minutes to allow juices to evenly distribute. Slice and salt as desired. Serve drizzled with additional Extra Virgin Olive Oil, if desired.
