Grilled on the half shell, these oysters can easily be made gluten-free by using gluten-free bread crumbs or omitting them and diary-free by using vegan Parmesan cheese or omitting the cheese.
Ingredients

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend

¼ cup plain panko bread crumbs or gluten-free panko bread crumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese or vegan Parmesan cheese

12 fresh oysters, scrubbed clean, shucked
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat. In small bowl, combine Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice and Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend; salt as desired. Set aside.
In another small bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Add 1 tablespoon oil mixture. Toss to coat well. Set aside.
Divide remaining oil mixture among shucked oyster halves. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Carefully place on grill. Grill until bubbly and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
