Mediterranean Dipping Oil

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Salt-Free Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend

  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt, optional

  • 2 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano, Parmesan or dairy-free Parmesan cheese, optional

  • Crusty baguette bread or gluten-free bread, warmed

Directions

  1. Divide Salt-Free Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend among 4 small dipping dishes.

  2. Add olive oil and salt, if desired. Stir. Let stand 10 minutes,.

  3. If desired, sprinkle with cheese. Serve with warm bread of choice.
