This easy to make aioli is just 3 simple ingredients and is perfect for slathering on burgers and sandwiches, for dipping sweet potato fries or tater tots and using in pasta salads.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon Hot Curry Seasoning Blend

½ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
Directions
In small microwave-safe bowl, combine water and Hot Curry Seasoning Blend. Microwave on HIGH 15 seconds. Stir. Cool completely.
When cooled, whisk in mayonnaise until well combined. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
Refrigerate, covered, up to 1 week.
