This salmon is perfect for a weeknight meal or a dinner party…simply double or triple the recipe. Simple to make and so flavorful and moist. Dairy and gluten-free. Can easily be made egg-free as well.
Ingredients

2 (5 ounce) salmon fillets

3 tablespoons mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend

2 tablespoons plain panko bread crumbs or gluten-free panko bread crumbs, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon on parchment; salt and pepper as desired.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend. Spread over salmon. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, if desired.
Bake until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-15 minutes. If needed, turn oven to broil until bread crumbs reach desired doneness.
