Fresh sweet potatoes sliced and air fried or baked with Everyday Seasoning Blend. Serve with Hot Curry Aioli for the perfect dipping sauce.
Ingredients

1 pound fresh sweet potato yams, scrubbed clean

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon Everyday Seasoning Blend

Hot Curry Aioli, optional
Directions
Cut sweet potatoes into ¼-inch sticks about 3-inches long. Place in large bowl. Cover with cold water. Let soak 45 minutes. Drain. Pat dry with clean paper towels.
Dry bowl. Add dried potatoes back into bowl. Toss with olive oil, cornstarch and Everyday Seasoning Blend until well coated. Salt as desired. Set aside.
Preheat air fryer or oven to 450°F. Place fries in a single layer on air fryer basket or large baking sheet. Air fry or bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
Serve with Hot Curry Aioli for dipping, if desired
