This ain’t your grandma’s macaroni salad…it’s way better! Pasta tossed with a creamy and tangy dill dressing, spicy dill pickles, bacon and cheese...the perfect summer salad to bring to any get together!
Ingredients

8 ounces farfalle (bowtie) pasta or short cut pasta of choice

⅓ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

⅓ cup sour cream or vegan sour cream

2 tablespoons Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend

2 tablespoons pickle brine from dill pickle jar
-
1 cup chopped or sliced spicy dill pickles
-
1 cup shredded or cubed Cheddar cheese
-
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon, optional

¼ cup minced red onion
-
18 grape tomatoes, quartered, optional

Fresh cracked black pepper

Fresh dill springs, red chili pepper flakes, optional
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions until al dente; rinse with cold water. Drain.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend and pickle brine.
Add cooled pasta and remaining ingredients to bowl. Toss to coat well. Season with cracked pepper, as desired.
Serve garnished with fresh dill and red chili pepper flakes, if desired.
