Packed with flavor and simple to make. Pairs well with Hot Curry Aioli.
Ingredients

1 pound 85% lean ground turkey

¾ cup cooked and cooled quinoa
-
¼ cup currants or chopped raisins
-
1 large egg, beaten
-
1½ tablespoons Hot Curry Seasoning Blend

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

4 hamburger buns, toasted

Burger toppings such as Hot Curry Aioli, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onions slices, optional
Directions
In large bowl, combine turkey, quinoa, currants, egg, Hot Curry Seasoning Blend and olive oil; salt as desired. Mix well. Form into 6 large patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties. Pan-fry, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve in toasted buns with desired toppings.
