Packed with flavor and simple to make. Pairs well with Hot Curry Aioli.
Ingredients
- 
1 pound 85% lean ground turkey 
- 
¾ cup cooked and cooled quinoa 
- 
¼ cup currants or chopped raisins 
- 
1 large egg, beaten 
- 
            
1½ tablespoons Hot Curry Seasoning Blend 
- 
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 
- 
4 hamburger buns, toasted 
- 
Burger toppings such as Hot Curry Aioli, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onions slices, optional 
Directions
- In large bowl, combine turkey, quinoa, currants, egg, Hot Curry Seasoning Blend and olive oil; salt as desired. Mix well. Form into 6 large patties. 
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties. Pan-fry, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes. 
- Serve in toasted buns with desired toppings.
