Made simple by using a package of coleslaw mix and pickle brine, this salad is a tasty side dish or topper for sandwiches such as pulled pork, grilled chicken, grouper Rueben’s and even burgers! Featuring Culinary Genie Salt-Free Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend.
Ingredients

¾ cup mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

¼ cup pickle brine (juice from pickle jar)

2 tablespoons Culinary Genie Salt-Free Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend

1 (16 ounce) package tri-color coleslaw mix (no dressing)

Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle brine and Salt-Free Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend until well combined.
Add coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Pepper to taste. Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate 1-2 hours or until ready to serve.
Toss coleslaw before serving.
