Chicken breasts slathered with a creamy ranch Parmesan sauce, topped with bread crumbs and baked. Can easily be made dairy- and gluten-free.
Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced or cubed

⅓ cup sour cream or vegan sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional

¼ cup plain panko bread crumbs or gluten-free panko bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper as desired and place in a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and Garden Herbs Seasoning Blend. Mix until well combined. Mix in cheese, if desired. Salt as desired.
Spread mixture evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 20-25 minutes.
