A simple, yet tasty shrimp. Just 3 ingredients – shrimp, Culinary Genie Salt-Free Citrus Pepper Seasoning Blend and olive oil! Toss and grill. Perfect as a main entrée served with grilled pineapple and veggies or wonderful as the protein on your favorite salad.

1 pound (21-25 count) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon Salt-Free Citrus Pepper Seasoning Blend

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

4 metal skewers
Directions
Prepare grill to medium heat.
In large bowl, combine shrimp, Salt-Free Citrus Pepper Seasoning Blend and olive oil. Toss to coat well. Let stand 10 minutes.
Thread shrimp on to skewers. Place skewers on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until internal temperature of shrimp are opaque in color and reach 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 8-10 minutes.

Serving Suggestion: Pairs perfectly with grilled pineapple and grilled veggies of choice.
