This simple French toast is made even tastier with our All-Purpose Baking Seasoning Blend giving it a hint of orange. Easily substitute vegan eggs and butter, non-dairy milk of choice, and gluten-free bread for any food sensativities.
Ingredients

2 large eggs or 6 tablespoons vegan eggs (such as JUST Egg)

¼ cup half & half or non-dairy milk of choice

1 teaspoon All-Purpose Baking Seasoning Blend

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
-
1 tablespoon butter or vegan butter

6 slices brioche bread or bread of choice
Directions
In shallow dish, whisk together first 4 ingredients.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add ½ tablespoon butter. Dip 3-4 slices of bread in egg batter. Place in skillet.
Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Flip over and continue cooking until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Repeat with remaining butter and bread.
