Ingredients

6 large hard-boiled eggs

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Culinary Genie Salt-Free Cajun Creole Seasoning Blend

1 tablespoon no salt added stoneground mustard

1 tablespoon minced spicy dill pickles (we used Poppi’s Pickles)

1 teaspoon sriracha sauce or hot sauce of choice

Garnishes such as chopped fresh parsley, sliced jalapeños, optional
Directions
Peel eggs. Slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks and place in a medium mixing bowl; mash with a fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well. Fill egg whites with mixture.
Lightly sprinkle with additional Culinary Genie Salt-Free Cajun Creole Seasoning Blend. If desired garnish with parsley and sliced jalapeños. Place on a serving platter or refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 day ahead.
