Pork tenderloin rubbed with olive oil, Culinary Genie Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and Culinary Genie Salt-Free Blackened Seasoning Blend and roasted. This pork has a nice kick of heat, use less Blackened for a milder heat level. Perfect as a main entrée or as the protein on a salad.

2 teaspoons Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

2 teaspoons water

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon Salt-Free Blackened Seasoning Blend

¼-½ teaspoon sea salt, optional

1 (1 pound) natural* pork tenderloin
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In small microwave-safe dish, combine Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and water. Microwave on HIGH 20 seconds. Whisk in olive oil, Salt-Free Blackened Seasoning Blend and desired amount of salt. Set aside.
If desired, lightly salt pork tenderloin. Using a fork pierce tenderloin all over. Rub all over with oil mixture. Place on a greased broiler pan or rack in a shallow baking pan.
Bake until internal temperature reaches 150°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven; tent with foil. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Slice.

*Natural is no enhancement (added sodium water solution).
