Chicken breasts marinated in a simple balsamic herb vinaigrette and grilled. Featuring Culinary Genie Salt-Free Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend. Gluten-free, dairy-free and reduced sodium.
Ingredients
-
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
-
2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar of Modena
-
1 tablespoon Salt-Free Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend
-
2 teaspoons no salt added stone-ground mustard
-
¼ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt, optional
-
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 4 pieces, pounded to an even thickness
Directions
In a half-pint mason jar or container with lid, combine oil, vinegar, Salt-Free Mediterranean Herb Seasoning Blend, mustard and salt, if desired. Cover and vigorously shake until well combined and emulsified.
Using a fork, pierce chicken all over and place in a storage container. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and seal well. Toss to coat chicken with marinade. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill; discard marinade. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes.
