These sweet carrots are so simple to make and great for you too!
Ingredients

1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tablespoon 20-Year Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

2 teaspoons Everyday Seasoning Blend

¼ teaspoon sea salt, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat well.
Transfer carrots to a parchment-lined large baking sheet. Spread to a single layer.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until fork tender and nicely browned, stirring about halfway through.
